Any puppet which proves unsuitable may be returned within 30 days, as long as it is in saleable condition. We will replace it with a puppet of the same value.

   Any problem with your puppet shipment will be promptly attended to. We value your patronage.

   You may order individual puppets. No order is too small...except for finger puppets, which, because of the prohibitive cost of shipping, may only be included with an order.

   If you do not find the puppet you want in our catalogue, please let us know. We may be able to make it for you.

   Puppets are NOT RECOMMENDED for children under three because of some children's propensity for chewing or pulling things apart. No toxic materials are used knowingly, but some parts are glued to the puppets because they are too small to sew.

   Puppets with glued-on parts or made with/containing felt are not washable.

   Substitutions will be made with puppets of equal value and of similar character for items that cannot be made due to the shortage of appropriate materials.
